Puppy Classes
An 8-week course introducing you and your puppy to the basics of obedience training. From walking on a lead, Sit, Stay, Wait, Leave, to meeting other dogs, handling and constructive play. Also learn more about responsible ownership, the do's and dont's and tips for nipping bad behaviours in the bud quickly.
Socialisation Walks
A 3-week course where vaccinated puppies can explore the big wide world.
Week 1 – Puppy play and introducing basic commands
Week 2 – Street walking and parks
Week 3 - High Street and busy roads
Adult Obedience Classes
Small classes for a more one-to-one feel, with no more than 4 dogs. Perfect for those dogs who are easily distracted! Learn basic obedience with the opportunity to continue to an advanced level.
Lead Walking Workshops
Does your dog take you for a walk? This two hour workshop will help to take the weight of your lead. Hound Life will show you techniques to stop your dog from pulling on the lead, enabling you both to start enjoying your walks together.
Behavioural Consultations
One to three hour home visit to discuss any behavioural issues your dog may have, and to introduce training techniques to start correcting the behaviour. Your trainer will also provide you with a written overview of what has been discussed and a training programme to further your dog's progress.
Puppy/Rescue Dog Visits
Just got a new puppy or rescue dog? A home visit with advice on settling in, integrating with you and your family, toilet training, feeding, constructive games and much more.
1-2-1 Training
Obedience training in the comfort of your own home or local park; perfect for those dogs that have issues that need to be resolved before entering the group obedience setting.
