Just a note to let you know how Megan is getting on – she was so timid and scared of other dogs when she arrived with me, messing in the house and seemed so unhappy. You’d never know it now, she bounds around, and yesterday she had a great game with another dog. The change is amazing, and it’s all down to your advice. It was hard for me to need a “trainer,” but you were so informal and friendly, knowing exactly what she needed. Thanks again!
